Schools, academic centers, leading companies in the distribution and food industry, administrations and organizations of the third sector adhere to the seventh edition of the Week against Food Malbaratament organized by Aecoc, which It will be held between September 23 and 30.
In this way, the Association will lead, once again, a large number of activities and projects aimed at enhancing the value of food and increasing consumer awareness to win the battle against food waste.
As part of this new edition, Aecoc will give seven didactic sessions in academic centers throughout the country in which it will share information about the economic, social and environmental impact of food waste at national and global level, through data and reflections that will help the student body understand the magnitude of this problem.
